双氢青蒿素体外抑制新孢子虫和弓形虫试验

【摘要】 为确定双氢青蒿素体外抑制新孢子虫和弓形虫的作用效果,该试验在开展双氢青蒿素细胞毒性试验的基础上,对新孢子虫和弓形虫进行了体外抑制试验,同时与青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷、乙胺嘧啶等药物进行了比较。结果表明:双氢青蒿素与青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷、乙胺嘧啶均对新孢子虫和弓形虫有抑制作用,尤其双氢青蒿素在质量浓度为20 mg/L时,抑制新孢子虫和弓形虫作用效果明显,其对新孢子虫抑制率为97.69%,对弓形虫抑制率为86.56%。而青蒿素、桦褐孔菌多糖、黄芩苷、乙胺嘧啶在高浓度时抑虫效果相当。该研究结果表明,双氢青蒿素具有较好抑制新孢子虫和弓形虫作用,可作为抑制2种虫体的候选药物。

【Abstract】 In order to determine the inhibitory effects of dihydroartemisinin against Neospora caninum and Toxoplasma gondii in vitro, we carried out the inhibitory test of dihydroartemisinin against N. caninum and T. gondii after the cytotoxicity test. At the same time, we evaluated the inhibitory effects of artemisinin, Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide, bacialin, and pryimethamine on N. caninum and T. gondii. Results showed that all tested experimental drugs had inhibitory effects on N. caninum and T. gondii. The inhibitory effect of dihydroartemisinin at the concentration of 20 mg/L was most apparent, the inhibitory rates for N. caninum and T. gondii were 97.69% and 86.56%, respectively. The inhibitory rates of artemisinin, I. obliquus polysaccharide, bacialin, and pryimethamine were similar at high concentrations. Our findings showed that dihydroartemisinin had significant inhibitory effects on N. caninum and T. gondii, and could be a candidate drug for inhibiting these parasites.
