【摘要】 目的了解医院辅助用药的使用情况,为制定管理办法提供参考。方法对2017-2019年延安大学附属医院10种辅助用药的销售金额、使用处方数、用药人次、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、药品利用指数(DUI)等指标进行分析和评价。结果该院辅助用药的使用处方数、总用药人次呈逐年下降趋势。DDDs分析结果显示,在重点监控的10种药品中丹参川芎嗪DDDs最高,鼠神经生长因子、转化糖电解质、磷酸肌酸钠和前列地尔的DDDs排名中均明显提升;而神经节苷酯、小牛血去蛋白提取物和骨肽DDDs降低。DDC方面,前列地尔的DDC值最高,依次为鼠神经生长因子、小牛血清去蛋白、磷酸肌酸纳,10种辅助用药的DUI在0.20～2.04。结论该院辅助用药的使用存在处方量大、科室超适应证使用及无指征用药等问题,医院管理部门应采取措施,促进临床合理使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the utilization of adjuvant drugs in hospitals for offering reference to establish relative administration method.Methods Data of the 10 adjuvant drugs on the sale amount, prescription, person-time was extracted from the database of hospital from 2017 to 2019,while, DDDs, DDC,and DUI were analyzed to evaluate whether these drugs were in rational use.Results The total of sales amount and person-time of the adjuvant drugs in the hospital have been decreased year by year.However, the DDDs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine was the highest among the ten adjuvant drugs.While, the DDDs of mouse nerve growth factor, invert sugar, creatine phosphate sodium, and alprostadil was increased in recent years.Besides, the deproteinized hemoderivative of calf blood and ossotide were decreased.In terms of DDC,alprostadil showed the highest DDC,followed by mouse nerve growth factor, deproteinized calf blood, Crealine Phosphale Sodium Moreover, the DUI of the 10 adjuvant drugs was between 0.20 and 2.04.Conclusion Overuse of the ten adjuvant drugs was seen in the hospital on account of too much sales amount and prescriptions, off label use, and non-finger requisition of drugs, which suggested that measures on controlling the overuse of the ten key-monitoring drugs should be taken at this hospital.更多还原
