基于Skyline平台的规划选线设计研究

【摘要】 Skyline作为当下较为成熟的三维GIS平台,能够实现立体显示、添加粒子特效、空间查询和分析等功能,为规划管理和辅助决策研究提供了一个很好的平台。文章以实景三维数据和BIM模型作为底层数据,通过对Skyline平台进行二次开发,建立了基于三维场景的规划辅助决策系统,该系统可以实现剖面分析、等高线分析、通视分析、淹没分析、日照分析等功能。

【Abstract】 Skyline, as a relatively mature three-dimensional GIS platform which can realize three-dimensional display, and add particle special effects, spatial query and analysis, and other functions, provides a good platform for planning management and auxiliary decision-making research. In this paper, the real 3 D data and BIM model are used as the underlying data. Through the secondary development of the Skyline platform, a planning aid decision-making system based on 3 D scenes is established. This system can realize profile analysis, contour analysis, visibility analysis, and submergence analysis., Sunshine analysis and other functions. This article introduces the system design ideas developed on the Skyline platform, and demonstrates the implementation effects of related functions.
