【摘要】 目的探究在肝癌手术患者术后护理中实施心理护理干预的临床价值。方法选取2019年1月～2020年12月本院收治的100例肝癌术后患者,随机分为观察组(心理护理)和对照组(常规护理),各50例,对比两组护理效果。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组生活质量各指标评分较高,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均较低(P<0.05);且观察组觉醒次数、入睡时间及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,与对照组相比,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)、言语反应量表(VRS)、现时疼痛强度量表(PPI)评分均较低(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌手术患者术后护理中实施心理护理干预,能够改善其生活质量和不良情绪,提升睡眠质量,明显减轻其疼痛症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery. Methods A total of 100 postoperative liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(psychological care) and control group(routine care) of 50 people each. To compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores of various indicators of quality of life, and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores were lower(P<0.05); and the observation group’s awakening times, falling asleep time and sleep quality scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05); after intervention, compared with the control group, the observation group had lower visual analogue scale(VAS), verbal rating scale(VRS), and present pain intensity(PPI) scores(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing intervention in the postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery can improve their quality of life and bad mood, improve their sleep quality, and significantly reduce their pain symptoms.更多还原
