趣味性进度提示设计对时距知觉的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨趣味性时距对人机交互过程中的用户等待体验。方法采用预期式实验范式和口头估计法,通过两组时距估计实验,考察了时距长度和趣味性对进度条时距知觉的影响。结果趣味性对进度条时距知觉有显著影响,无论短时距或长时距,有趣味性进度条均小于无趣味性进度条的时距估计;时距长度也显著影响进度条的时距知觉,短时距下的时距估计明显小于长时距下的时距估计,且在不同时距长度下,被试的时距估计均大于进度条物理时距;短时距下的时距估计明显小于长时距下的时距估计,且在不同时距长度下,被试的时距估计均小于进度条物理时距。结论运用趣味性进度提示进行产品设计有助于提升用户等待体验。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore interesting progress reminder on enhance the user’s waiting experience in the process of human-computer interaction.Methods the prospective paradigm and the verbal estimation method are adopted, and through two sets of duration estimation experiments, the influence of the length of duration and interesting on the duration perception of the progress indicators is investigated.Results interesting has a significant impact on the duration perception of the progress indicators, regardless of the short or long duration, the duration estimation of the interesting progress indicators is smaller than that of the uninteresting progress indicators; The length of duration also significantly affects the duration perception of the progress indicators.The duration estimation under the short duration is obviously smaller than that under the long duration, and under different lengths of duration, the duration estimation of the subjects is greater than the physical duration of the progress indicators; the duration estimation under the short duration is obviously smaller than that under the long duration, and under different duration lengths, the duration estimation of the subjects is less than the physical duration of the progress indicators.Conclusion product desigh with intreesting progress reminder will help users to enhance waiting experience.
