【摘要】 目的 在现代医院的运营管理中,为控制医疗成本、提高医疗水平,科学有效的对医疗设备供应商进行定级、评价与评估显得极其重要。供应商的评价指标包括供货能力、售后维修、人员培训等非量化指标。方法 从医疗设备供应商评价模型的建立与维护、供应商评价方法的研究与应用等方面对医院医疗设备供应商信息管理进行探讨。结果 分析了直接判断法、加权平均法和层次分析法在供应商评价上的应用,提出一种新的可量化的基于构建拟合函数计算定积分的评价指标计算方法,为医疗设备供应商的管理研究提供理论参考。结论 研究证明,拟合函数积分法为供应商评价提供了一种更加灵活的计算方法,便于通过计算机的商业计算软件或开发程序快速计算供应商评价指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With the purpose of controlling medical cos ts and improving medical services,it is of great importan ce to evaluate and classify the medical equipment suppliers scientifically and effectively for the management operation in modern hospital.Methods The non-quantitative evaluation index for medical equipment suppliers include supply capacity,after-sale maintenance,personnel training,and etc.The paper discusses the information management of hospital medical equipment supplier by establishing and maintaining the evaluation model for medical equipment suppliers,and the evaluation method for suppliers and its application are studied as well.The direct judgment method,weighted mean method and analytic hierarchy process applied in supplier evaluation are introduced.Results A novel quantitative calculation method of evaluation index is proposed based on constructing fitting function that can be used to calculate definite integral.The proposed method in this article can provide theoretical reference for scientific management of medical equipment suppliers.Conclusion Theoretical research proves that the fitting function integration method provides a more flexible calculation method for supplier evaluation,which is convenient to quickly calculate supplier evaluation indexes through computer co mmercial calculation software or development program.更多还原
