基于在线评论的农用装备改进策略研究

【摘要】 为了利用在线评论中产品意见反馈指导农用装备的改进过程,以中小型农用装备中喷雾器产品为例,利用Python进行在线评论数据挖掘、情感分析及观点抽取,基于情感强度等级建立产品评价指标体系,获得用户对产品属性的意见反馈结果;通过计算评价指标得分,结合评论观点挖掘工具获取用户不满意的属性,最终获得提高电池性能、优化做工体验、增强耐用性能三条改进策略。整个流程完全基于计算机进行数据获取与分析,相较问卷等传统方式缩短了产品待完善属性的获取时间,提高了产品的改进效率。

【Abstract】 A product evaluation index system is built on the basis of the emotional intensity grade to obtain feedback results on product attributes from users by taking the sprayer products in the small and medium-sized agricultural equipment as an example and then conducting its online review data mining,sentiment analysis and opinion extraction with Python,so as to guide the improvement process of agricultural equipment with product use feedback in online reviews. In combination with the opinion mining tool,the unsatisfied attributes of the users are acquired and the three improvement strategies of improving the battery performance,optimizing the workmanship experience and enhancing the durability performance are finally obtained by calculation of the score of the evaluation index. The whole process is entirely based on computer for data acquisition and analysis. Therefore,it can shorten the acquisition time of the product attributes to be improved and improve the efficiency of product improvement in comparison with the traditional methods like questionnaire.
