【Abstract】 Through the changes of text,color and composition,cartoon picture book makes the profound scientific knowledge of earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation easy to understand,vivid and interesting,which is deeply loved by primary and middle school students. Taking the picture book of School Earthquake Preparedness and Emergency Response as an example, this paper analyzes the topic selection planning,creative modeling,expression techniques,script writing,drawing,dissemination methods and other aspects,and expounds the experience worth learning from the creation and dissemination of popular cartoon picture books for earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation.更多还原
