【摘要】 目的：研究枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果及优势。方法：选取2017年1月至2020年1月福建省立医院南院收治的87例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组及观察组。将其中使用二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗的43例患者纳入对照组，将使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗的44例患者纳入观察组。比较分析两组患者的排卵及妊娠情况，研究两组患者的性激素水平变化。结果：两组患者成熟卵泡数及促排卵天数比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组患者妊娠率及排卵率较对照组均显著更高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，两组患者雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗3个周期后，所有患者LH、FSH水平均显著低于同组治疗前，且治疗后组间比较观察组显著较低；治疗后E2水平均升高，且组间比较观察组显著高于对照组，组间比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：氯米芬胶囊联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征，能够显著提升患者排卵率及妊娠率，对性激素改善具有积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect and advantages of clomiphene citrate capsule combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 87 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in South Hospital of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.43 patients treated with metformin combined with clomiphene citrate capsule were included in the control group,and 44 patients treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets combined with clomiphene citrate capsule were included in the observation group.The ovulation and pregnancy of the two groups were compared and analyzed to study the changes of sex hormone levels in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the number of mature follicles and days of ovulation induction between the two groups (P > 0.05);The pregnancy rate and ovulation rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) between the two groups (P > 0.05);After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in all patients were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;The E2 levels increased after treatment,and the E2 levels in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Clomiphene capsule combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can significantly improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has a positive effect on the improvement of sex hormones.更多还原
