【Abstract】 By taking the interdisciplinary laboratory--Zhiyuan Innovative Research Center(ZIRC) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, we sort out the key features of the interdisciplinary laboratory and summarize the management challenges. Then we present a pilot practice of laboratory safety management system at ZIRC, which is in compliance with the guidelines of EHS system. A flexible safety training system combining online learning and onsite teaching is introduced and the practical experience of laboratory safety management is summarized in detail. This work has put forward practical solutions to existing problems in safety management of interdisciplinary laboratories, which may offer some valuable suggestions for other interdisciplinary laboratories.更多还原
