【摘要】 搭建了固体氧化物燃料电池发电系统动态模拟教学实验平台。该平台由动态反应装置、监测控制、气体供给及尾气处理子系统组成。通过模拟系统的电化学发电反应,研究固体氧化物燃料电池系统在不同电池片片数、燃料流速、单片电池电压等反应条件对系统放电程度和电堆温度的影响,实现了科研项目和教学实验的紧密结合。实验鼓励学生自主设计实验方案,增强学生自主学习能力、动手实践能力和科研创新精神,在多元化的复合型人才培养中发挥了积极作用。

【Abstract】 A simulation experiment platform for dynamic solid oxide fuel cell power generation systems was built. The platform consists of a dynamic reaction device, monitoring control, gas supply and exhaust gas process subsystem. By simulating the electrochemical reaction and generation of solid oxide fuel cell system, the influence of different fuel flow rate, the number of cell and single-cell voltage on the system discharge degree and stack temperature were studied, and the close combination of scientific research project and teaching experiment was realized. The experiment encourages students to design experimental schemes independently, enhance their independent learning ability, practical ability and scientific research innovation spirit, and plays a positive role in the cultivation of diversified compound talents.
