【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, the demand for data services of teachers and students has become more and more extensive, and the level is getting higher and higher. This is a challenge and an opportunity for universities to improve the level of data services. This paper takes Central China Normal University as an example, to analyze and summarize the application and achievements of data services in universities, focus on the problems of data services in universities, start from the actual situation of universities, and discuss the main ways to improve the level of data services in universities. This paper analyzes the improvement measures of data producers, data pipelines and data consumers, to further improve the data service capabilities of universities, improve management efficiency.
