【摘要】 以社会需求为导向的创新实践教育是现代生物技术专业人才培养的核心任务,强化专业素养与创新教育的有效融合成为创新人才培养亟需解决的问题。沈阳师范大学生物技术专业立足行业发展需求,以深入开展校企联合培养为抓手,针对创新实践人才培养体系进行改革与实践。通过凝练专业特色优化培养方案,保障人才培养有序进行;建立专业科研素养与专业职业素养相结合的双轨创新实践培养模式,促进"产、学、研"有效结合;通过系统化保障制度、个性化实践内容及多样化评价机制等措施对校企联合创新实践体系进行了全面建设;以"课程群"为切入点改革校内课程体系,形成校内外相呼应的创新实践能力闭环培养。目前,满足生物技术专业个性化人才培养的创新实践模式己基本构建形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation practice education is the core task of modern biotechnology talents training oriented by social demand.It is an urgent problem to strengthen the effective integration of professional quality and innovation education in the cultivation of innovative talents.Based on the needs of industry development,the biotechnology major of Shenyang Normal University took exploration of school enterprise joint training as the starting point,and carried out reform and practice for innovative and practical talents training system.The training scheme has been optimized to concise professional characteristics,which could ensure the progress of talent training orderly.A two-way innovation practice training mode has been established,which combines professional research literacy and professional quality to promote the effective combination of"production,learning and research".The school-enterprise joint innovation practice system is constructed comprehensively,through systematic guarantee system,personalized practice content and diversified evaluation mechanism."Curriculum group"is taken as the breakthrough point to reform the school curriculum system to form the closed-loop cultivation of knowledge ability.At present,an innovative practice mode has been established to meet the needs of personalized talent training in biotechnology.更多还原
