基于主成分分析评价陕南地区主栽猕猴桃的品质

【摘要】 测定了陕南地区主要栽培的猕猴桃品质指标,为陕南地区猕猴桃品种选育、结构调整、品质优化、产业发展提供参考。以陕南地区主要栽培种植的11种猕猴桃成熟果实为材料,测定果实质量、果型指数、干物质、可溶性固形物、VC、可滴定酸、还原糖和固酸比8个指标,并对这些指标进行主成分分析评价猕猴桃品质。结果表明11种猕猴桃的品质指标差异显著;通过主成分分析提取了4个主成分,其方差贡献率之和为88.47%;可溶性固形物、VC、固酸比、还原糖、可滴定酸、果型指数、单果质量为猕猴桃果实品质主要影响指标;11种猕猴桃品种中,"脐红"的品质得分最高,"金艳"品质得分最低。陕南地区应大力推广种植中华猕猴桃品种"脐红""红阳",适度推广种植美味猕猴桃品种"徐香""翠香"。

【Abstract】 The quality indexes of kiwifruit cultivated in southern Shaanxi were measured to provide reference for industrial development of kiwifruit varieties breeding, structure adjustment and quality optimization. By measuring 11 kinds of southern Shaanxi main cultivation ripe kiwifruit, the study has determined such 8 aspects as the fruit quality, fruit shape index, dry matter, soluble solids, vitamin C, titratable acid, reducing sugar, solidity-acid ratio. Then by using principal component analysis, the study has calculated the different varieties of kiwi principal component quality score. The quality indexes of 11 kinds of kiwifruit are significantly different. Four principal components have been extracted by principal component analysis, and the sum of variance contribution is 88.47%. Soluble solid, VC, solid acid ratio, reducing sugar, titratable acid, fruit type index and single fruit quality are the main influencing indexes of kiwifruit quality evaluation. The ranking results show that "Qi-hong" has the highest quality score, the "Jin-yan" has the lowest score. Southern Shaanxi region should vigorously promote the cultivation of Chinese kiwi variety "Qi-hong" "Hong-yang", and moderately promote of the cultivation of delicious kiwi variety "Xu-xiang" "Cui-xiang".
