血浆中二氯二苯二氯乙烯与阿尔茨海默病患者脑脊液中生物标志物相关性分析
AN ANALYSIS OF CORRELATION BETWEEN PLASMA DICHLORODIPHENYLDICHLOROETHYLENE AND CEREBROSPINAL FLUID BIOMARKERS OF ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE
【摘要】 目的探讨血浆中二氯二苯二氯乙烯(DDE)水平与阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑脊液生物标志物的相关性。方法检索阿尔茨海默病神经影像学倡议数据库(ADNI),获得符合纳入标准的研究对象207例(男111例,女96例),分为AD组和健康对照组。采用多元线性回归分析分析血浆中DDE水平与AD患者脑脊液中生物标志物[脑脊液β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、tau蛋白、磷酸化tau(p-tau)蛋白]的相关性,并将研究对象按照性别分为不同亚组,分析不同性别亚组中血浆中DDE水平与AD患者脑脊液标志物的相关性。结果两组研究对象血浆中DDE水平与AD患者脑脊液中生物标志物无相关性(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,在血浆DDE与性别交互作用下,血浆中DDE水平与AD患者脑脊液Aβ水平呈显著负相关(b=-20.913,P<0.05);亚组分析结果显示,血浆中DDE水平与男性AD患者脑脊液的Aβ水平呈显著负相关(b=-21.919,P<0.05),与女性AD患者脑脊液标志物均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论男性人群暴露在DDE环境下患AD的风险增加,可能与男性人群暴露于DDE环境的机会多、时间长有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between plasma dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene(DDE) and cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease(AD). Methods A total of 207 subjects(111 males and 96 females) were selec-ted from the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI) database and divided into AD group and healthy control group. A multiple linear regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between plasma DDE and cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers [amyloid β-protein(Aβ), tau protein, and p-tau protein] of AD patients. The subjects were categorized into sex subgroups for the same analysis. Results There was no correlation between plasma DDE and cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers in AD patients(P>0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis including the interaction of plasma DDE and sex showed a significant negative correlation between plasma DDE and cerebrospinal fluid beta-amyloid(b=-20.913,P<0.05). Subgroup analysis showed that plasma DDE was significantly negatively correlated with cerebrospinal fluid beta-amyloid in male patients(b=-21.919,P<0.05), while no significant correlation was detected in female patients(P>0.05). Conclusion The increased risk of AD in males exposed to DDE may be explained by their increased exposure frequency and duration.
