【摘要】 介绍江南何氏妇科治疗输卵管性不孕症的临证经验。江南何氏妇科认为输卵管炎性不孕症病机主要在于"瘀、虚、湿、热、滞",以虚为本,以瘀为标,虚实夹杂。临床以肾虚血瘀、湿热瘀阻、气滞血瘀三型最为常见,并提出审析病机,分期施治;求子要药,旨在通络;内外兼治,三管齐下;善用药对,虫类增效;能中不西,衷中参西;求子之道,调神同治等特色诊疗思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce the clinical experience of HE’s gynecology in Jiangnan area for infertility due to salpingitis. HE’s gynecology in Jiangnan thinks that the pathogenesis of infertility due to salpingitis mainly lies in stasis, deficiency,dampness,heat and stagnation,and sees deficiency as the root and stasis as the branch,with deficiency-excess complex.In clinical practice,kidney deficiency and blood stasis,damp-heat stasis obstruction,and qi stagnation and blood stasis are the three most common types. This paper proposes the characteristic diagnosis and treatment thoughts: the analysis of pathogenesis and treatment by stages; application of essential medicines to unblock the collaterals; treatment from both internal and external with a three-pronged strategy;good use of couplet medicines,and insect drugs to increase efficiency;Chinese medicine takes the priority and the center and combines with western medicine; the way to get pregnant is to regulate the spirit and treat together.更多还原
