纳米氢氧化钡的制备及其加固土遗址的实验研究

【摘要】 为了改善传统无机CB加固剂中氢氧化钡溶解度低、粒径大的问题,采用液相沉积法合成制备了纳米氢氧化钡。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和粒度分析表征,所制备的纳米粒子粒径主要分布在150 nm处,呈片状。将其应用于土遗址的加固后,具有良好的渗透性和加固效果,强度提高的同时内部结构没有明显的变化。本研究对纳米氢氧化钡作为新型纳米材料运用到土遗址加固中具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the problem of low solubility and large particle size of barium hydroxide in traditional inorganic CB reinforcing agents, nano-barium hydroxide was synthesized by liquid deposition method. Through X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and particle size analysis and characterization, the prepared nanoparticles have a particle size distribution at 150 nm and are in the form of flakes. After it is applied to the reinforcement of the earthen heritage sites, it has good permeability and reinforcement effect, and the internal structure has no obvious change while the strength is improved. This research has important guiding significance for the application of nano-barium hydroxide as a new nano-material to the reinforcement of the earthen heritage sites.
