船舶柴油机黑碳排放影响因素研究

【摘要】 本文基于船舶柴油机台架试验,研究了柴油机转速、负荷、喷油正时、燃油硫含量、燃油十六烷值、机油型号对船舶黑碳排放的影响。试验结果表明:当转速由1 200 r/min上升到1 500 r/min时,中高负荷的黑碳排放量减少了23.4%~43.6%;柴油机负荷增大到75%时,相对于10%负荷,黑碳排放量增大了约25倍;当喷油正时由7°CA BTDC增大到17°CA BTDC时,黑碳排量降低了42.0%~74.6%;燃油硫含量的变化对黑碳无影响;燃油十六烷值由52.5降低到47.6时,对中低负荷无影响,而100%负荷时的黑碳排量降低约13%;机油型号对黑碳排放量存在影响,高负荷时使用20W50机油时黑碳排量比使用10W40机油时高25.3%~50.0%。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence of engine speed,load,advance angel,sulfur content,fuel cetane number and lubricant type on the black carbon emission of ships based on the diesel engine bench test. The results show that:When the engine speed increases from 1200 r/min to 1500 r/min,the black carbon emission decreases by 23.4%~43.6%.When the load increases to 75%,compared with 10% load,the black carbon emission increases by about 25 times.With the advance angel increases from 7°CA BTDC to 17° CA BTDC,the black carbon emission is reduced by 42.0%~74.6%.The change of sulfur content in fuel has no effect on black carbon.When the cetane number of fuel decreases from 52.5 to 47.6,it has no effect when engine state is at low and medium load,while the black carbon emission is reduced by about 13% at 100% load.At high load,the black carbon emission of 20 W50 engine oil is 25.3%~50.0% higher than that of 10 W40 engine oil.
