【Abstract】 Li Bai sent five poems to Cui Huan when he was imprisoned in Xunyang,intended to"pursue injustice"when there was no one can help him.Li Bai smartly took the advantage of Cui Huang’s status as the Condolence Ambassador and his right of first appeal given by the law,finally the injustice was correct and he was released from prison with the efforts of Cui Huan and Song Ruosi.The act of sending poems also shows Li Bai’s"talent".Li Bai’s successful in this case not only shows his wisdom of making good use of legal principles,but also demonstrates his literature talent,emotional intelligence and friendship with friends.更多还原
