基于PSD的激光三角MATLAB时显轮廓仪
A Laser Triangulation Profilometer for Real-time Display Based on PSD and MATLAB
【摘要】 为适应应用型人才培养,提高学生综合实践能力,设计激光三角轮廓扫描系统。以PSD为光电探测元件构成双透镜激光三角测头,单片机控制测头电机X-Y平面扫描运动,同时获得物体高度Z,测量结果通过串口通信实时传给MATLAB,实现物体(X,Y,Z)三维轮廓实时显示。本设计融合了电子技术、光电子技术、单片机、MATLAB、光电检测等电子、光电专业本科基础技术课程,个体基础性强,可以作为相关专业应用型人才培养的实践教学典范。
【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the cultivation of modern applied talents, and improve the students’ comprehensive practical ability, a laser triangular contour scanning system is designed. In this system, PSD is used as photoelectric detection element to form a double lens laser triangulation probe, and a single-chip microcomputer control system is used to drive the probe motor to scan the X-Y plane and measure the height Z of the object. In real time, the measurement results are transmitted to MATLAB through serial communication to realize the real-time display of 3D contour. This design integrates electronic technology, optoelectronic technology, single-chip microcomputer, MATLAB, photoelectric detection and other electronic and optoelectronic professional basic technology courses. This design has strong individual foundation, and can be used as a practical teaching model for the cultivation of application-oriented talents in related majors.
