【摘要】 目的:了解科研评价中医务人员论文发表情况以及对论文发表相关政策的认识,深入分析论文发表在科研工作中存在的问题,进一步提高医院科研创新水平。方法:本次调查采取匿名方式随机对无锡市妇幼保健院500名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:调查问卷发放500份,有效回收问卷429份,有效回收率85.8%。受调查者中有63.4%的人对SCI论文相关政策并不了解,在了解SCI论文相关政策的受调查人员中有89.17%的人表示对其认可。绝大多数(89.04%)人员认为医院需要开设针对撰写科研论文的专题系列讲座,设立科室课题负责人,加强学科的整体规划,合理安排临床工作和科研工作(89.98%)。结论:SCI论文从未被医院和学校作为人员考核晋升的唯一指标,在未找到更好的指标之前,除了某些特殊领域,SCI不失为衡量科研水平最客观且可靠的标准。目前发表文章的个别乱象,不是SCI论文本身的问题,如果放弃SCI,同行评审有可能更不能体现公平客观。中文期刊目前尚未完全达到国际认可的水平,也反映了我国整体科研水平尚处于中低端,需要科研人员共同努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the situation of papers published by medical personnel in scientific research evaluation and the cognition of related policies, analyze the problems existing in scientific research work, and further improve the level of scientific research innovation in hospitals. Methods: 500 medical staffs in Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were investigated by anonymous questionnaire. Results: 500 questionnaires were sent out, 429 questionnaires were recovered effectively, and the effective recovery rate was 85.8%. 63.4% of the respondents did not know about the policies related to SCI papers, and 89.17% of the respondents who knew about the policies related to SCI papers expressed their approval. The vast majority(89.04%)of the staff think that the hospital needs to set up a series of lectures for writing scientific research papers, set up department project leaders, strengthen the overall planning of the subject, and reasonably arrange the clinical work and scientific research work(89.98%). Conclusion:The SCI thesis has never been regarded as the only index of personnel promotion by hospitals and schools. Current published articles are not the issue of SCI paper itself. If SCI is abandoned, peer review may not reflect fairness and objectivity.
