基于模糊环境下面向能源互联网多种储能项目建设决策研究

【摘要】 随着能源互联网的提出,传统能源系统本质上的缺陷如各能源间协调性及其建设性质等问题可得到有效的解决。而储能作为能源互联网的重要组成部分,其运行效果分析和投资决策是支撑能源互联网绿色可持续发展的关键环节。因此,对储能电站选择的合理建设投资决策进行深入研究。首先,运用文献阅读与专家讨论方法,建立储能性能综合评价指标体系。在此基础上,考虑标准值的模糊性和评价环境的不确定性,建立一个高效的储能运行效果评价模型,并对能源互联网中的潜在储能设备进行综合评价从而实现面向互联网的储能建设决策。

【Abstract】 Along with the introduction of the energy internet, the inherent obstacles of traditional energy system, such as the coordination of various energy sources and the nature of their construction, can be effectively resolved. Besides,the operation effect analysis and investment decision of energy storage project are the critical parts to support the green and sustainable development of energy Internet. Thus, rational construction investment decision making of energy storage plant selection as a necessary and important problem to be solved in the preliminary planning stage is studied in this paper. Firstly, based on literature review and expert consultation, a comprehensive energy storage performance evaluation criteria system is established. Following that, an effective performance evaluation framework is built to rank the potential energy storage plant for energy internet considering the fuzziness of the criteria value and uncertainty of the evaluation environment. Synthetical evaluation on the promising and representative energy storage plant is conducted by the framework proposed in this paper. Thus, this study expands the knowledge and contributions to the literature.
