电工电子智能实训平台的设计和应用
Design and Application of Electrical and Electronic Intelligent Training Platform
【摘要】 为满足对低年级学生解决复杂工程问题能力培养的需求,本文基于信息技术改造实训内容,设计了一种电工电子智能实训平台。实训平台采用工业触摸屏和PLC相结合的方式实现照明电路和电机的控制,实训项目具有很强的工程背景,能够让学生在学校里就可以体验到企业实际的操作流程。平台将无线远程控制技术与智能手机相结合应用到照明电路智能远程控制实践教学中,利用手机App进行远程控制大大激发了学生的学习兴趣。借助该平台,不仅可以满足电子信息类专业电工电子技术实训基础任务的锻炼,同时还可满足综合创新实训项目的要求,有利于提高实践教学质量和效果。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of training junior students’ ability to solve complex engineering problems, this paper designs an electrical and electronic intelligent training platform based on the information technology to reform the content of traditional training. The training platform combines industrial touch screen and PLC to realize the control of lighting circuit and motor. These training projects have a strong engineering background, so that students can experience the actual operation process of enterprises in school. The platform combines wireless remote control technology with smart phone into the practical teaching of intelligent remote control of lighting circuit. The remote control method using mobile app greatly stimulates students’ interest in learning. With this platform, It can not only meet the training of basic tasks of electrical and electronic technology training for electronic information specialty, but also meet the requirements of comprehensive innovation training project, It is helpful to improve the quality and effect of practical teaching.
