【摘要】 食用菌产业是我国农业的重要组成部分,急需大量高端专业技术人才。以打造"食用菌栽培""金课"为目标,针对传统教学中存在的问题,坚持以线下教学为本,优化实践教学流程,精炼理论教学内容;同时利用线上教学平台,完善实践教学过程,增加理论教学深度,组织学生开展研究性学习,并建立过程化考核与评价体系。实践表明,利用线上线下混合式教学模式显著提升了"食用菌栽培"课的教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The edible fungus industry is an important part of Chinese agriculture. Large numbers of high-end professional and technical end talents are needed to join the edible fungus industry urgently. In this study, the author insists on taking offline teaching as the foundation, optimizes the practice teaching process, and refines the theoretic teaching. Meanwhile, the online teaching platform is used to improve the process of practical teaching, increase the depth of theoretic teaching, and organize students to carry out online research and learning, and finally establish the process assessment and evaluation system. Practice shows that the online and offline mixed teaching model has significantly improved the teaching effect of edible mushroom cultivation course.更多还原
