【摘要】 为了更好地探讨地方定向师范生职业价值观现状及其与职业生涯规划的关系,通过对广西某地方高校804名初中起点五年制的定向师范生进行问卷调查。结果显示:(1)五年制定向师范生职业价值观及各维度与职业生涯规划及各维度之间均呈显著相关;(2)职业价值观对职业生涯规划具有显著的正向预测作用。建议通过适合完善的教育途径和方式,培养定向师范生正确的职业价值观,这对于定向师范生学会积极规划职业生涯,明确自身教育责任的担当与使命,促进其成长成才,具有十分重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relationship between the occupational values and the career planning of directional employed normal students in Guangxi, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 804 directional employed normal students in a five-year college in Guangxi. The results show that:1. The occupational values and their various dimensions of five-year directional employed normal students are significantly correlated with their career plannings and their various dimensions;2. The career values have a significant positive predictive effect on career planning. It is suggested to cultivate the correct occupational values of directional employed normal students through better educational ways and methods, which is of great significance for directional employed normal students to positively plan their career, clarify their educational responsibility and mission, and promote their growth and success.更多还原
