【Abstract】 This paper discusses the two-level teaching supervision system and mechanism in applied undergraduate colleges and universities. Taking Anhui Science and Technology University as an example, and in view of the current situation and problems of the two-level teaching supervision, this paper analyzes the division of work and the emphasis of the two-level teaching supervision system, strengthens the coordination of the two levels of teaching supervision, and expounds the operation of the two-level supervision system and mechanism.
