【摘要】 目的探讨临床路径教学方法在消化科护生教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年5月—2020年4月于我院消化科实习的护生60名为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),对照组实施常规教学方法,研究组实施临床路径教学法,比较两组的教学效果。结果研究组护生教学后的理论知识、病例评估、技能操作评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护生教学后的学习主观能动性、查阅资料能力、专业知识理解能力、临床思维能力、护患沟通能力评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组护生对教学模式的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消化科护生培训中实施临床路径教学法,能够提高消化科护理培训的教学质量,有利于提高消化科护生的专业素质及综合能力,提高护生对教学的满意度,可在临床教学中进一步推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the teaching of digestive nursing students. Methods 60 nursing students from May 2019 to April 2020 in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into study group(n=30) and control group(n=30) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine teaching method, and the study group was given clinical pathway teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical knowledge, case evaluation, skill operation score and total score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of learning initiative, data access ability, professional knowledge understanding ability,clinical thinking ability, nurse patient communication ability and total score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of nursing students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway teaching method in the training of digestive nursing students can improve the teaching quality of nursing training in digestive department,improve the professional quality and comprehensive ability of nursing students in digestive department, and improve the satisfaction of nursing students to teaching, which can be further promoted in clinical teaching.更多还原
