【摘要】 为探究大刺鳅人工繁殖和胚胎发育特性,选择人工培育的3冬龄大刺鳅作亲本,在28～29℃水温下,分2次注射绒毛膜促性腺激素、促黄体素释放激素A2和地欧酮混合物,2次注射间隔时间12 h,第2次注射后12 h开始人工授精。大刺鳅受精卵为沉性卵,具黏性,受精卵吸水膨胀后,卵径为(1.94±0.05)mm。结果显示:大刺鳅催产率为99.20%、受精率为82.77%、孵化率为77.20%、雌鱼平均怀卵量约3036粒/尾;受精卵在水温28～29℃、溶解氧5 mg/L以上、pH值7.2～7.8的条件下,胚胎发育历经受精卵、胚胎隆起、卵裂期(2细胞、4细胞、8细胞、16细胞、多细胞期、桑葚期)、囊胚期(囊胚早期、囊胚中期、囊胚晚期)、原肠胚期(原肠早期、原肠中期、原肠晚期)、神经胚期(神经胚期、胚孔封闭期)、器官形成期(肌节出现期、视泡期、尾芽期、肌肉效应期、心跳期)、出膜期等8个阶段22个时期,总历时约50.5 h,总积温约1454.4℃·h。初孵仔鱼平均全长(6.52±0.05)mm。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the characteristics of artificial propagation and embryonic development ofMastacembelus armatus, Mastacembelus armatuswas cultured as parents at the age of three winters. The mixture of chorionic gonadotropin,luteinizing hormone(LUteinizing hormone)A2 and diolone was injected twice at 28 ～ 29 ℃ with an interval of 12 h. The fertilized eggs of Boisornus lobotia were sedimentation eggs with viscosity. After water absorption and swelling,the diameter of the fertilized eggs was 1. 94 ± 0. 05 mm.
