抚仙湖径流区烟叶化学成分分布特征及稳定性分析
Analysis of Distribution Characteristics and Stability of Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaves in Fuxian Lake Runoff Area
【摘要】 为分析2009~2019年抚仙湖径流区烟叶化学成分分布特征及稳定性,运用SPSS 25软件对烟叶内在化学成分及衍生指标进行数理统计和多重比较。分析结果表明:3个部位烟叶的烟碱、总氮、氧化钾、氯、钾氯比、两糖差和糖碱比的总体偏度均为正偏离,其余指标均为负偏离。3个部位烟叶的烟碱、氧化钾、氯、钾氯比和非烟碱氮/总氮的总体数据分布较为集中,中上部烟叶的总糖、还原糖、两糖差和氮碱比的总体数据分布较为分散。烟碱、总氮、总糖和还原糖在不同部位的稳定性趋势存在一定差异,上部烟叶总氮>还原糖>烟碱>总糖,中部烟叶还原糖>总糖>总氮>烟碱,下部烟叶烟碱>总氮>总糖>还原糖,其余指标的稳定性在3个部位间趋势相同,即非烟碱氮/总氮>氮碱比>氧化钾>糖碱比>两糖差>钾氯比>氯,中上部烟叶内在化学成分的稳定性整体优于下部烟叶。不同部位烟叶化学成分指标的偏度和峰度在不同年度间均表现出不同的分布特点。除个别指标外,各部位烟叶内在化学成分的变异系数年度间差异不大,烟叶内在化学成分的稳定性总体较好。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the distribution characteristics and stability of chemical components of tobacco leaves in the Fuxian Lake runoff area, mathematical statistical and multiple comparison methods were applied for chemical components and derivation indicators of tobacco leaves by SPSS 25 software. The analysis results showed that the overall skewnesses of nicotine, total nitrogen, potassium oxide, chloridion, K/Cl ratio, difference between total sugar and reducing sugar, sugar-nicotine ratio of three parts of tobacco leaves were all positive deviation, and the remaining indicators were all negative deviation. The distribution of total data of nicotine, potassium oxide, chloridion, K/Cl ratio, non-nicotine nitrogen/total nitrogen of three parts of tobacco leaves were all relatively centralized. The distribution of total data of total sugar, reducing sugar, difference between total sugar and reducing sugar, total nitrogen/nicotine of middle and upper leaves were all relatively scattered. The stability trends of nicotine, total nitrogen, total sugar, reducing sugar were different in different parts of tobacco leaves. The stability trends of upper leaves decreased in the order of total nitrogen > reducing sugar > nicotine > total sugar. The stability trends of middle leaves decreased in the order of reducing sugar > total sugar > total nitrogen > nicotine. The stability trends of lower leaves decreased in the order of nicotine > total nitrogen > total sugar > reducing sugar. The stability of other indicators of three parts of tobacco leaves had the same trend, which was non-nicotine nitrogen/total nitrogen > total nitrogen/nicotine > potassium oxide > sugar-nicotine ratio > difference between total sugar and reducing sugar > K/Cl ratio > chloridion. The stability of chemical components of middle and upper tobacco leaves was superior to lower tobacco leaves. Skewness and kurtosis of chemical component indicators in different parts of tobacco leaves showed different distribution characteristics in different years. In addition to individual indicators, variation coefficients of chemical components of tobacco leaves of different parts had little difference in different years, and the stability of chemical components of tobacco leaves were better as a whole.
