【摘要】 目的 :观察翘芪颗粒治疗流行性感冒的临床效果。方法 :流行性感冒患者30例,使用翘芪颗粒治疗3天。比较治疗前后患者中医证候积分的变化。结果:治疗前患者主症积分、次症积分及证候总积分分别为486.00±4.60分,452.00±6.58分和938.00±8.95分,治疗后分别为104.00±2.12分,109.00±2.3分和213.00±3.08分,较治疗前明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:翘芪颗粒能有效缓解流感患者的临床症状,中医主症积分、次症积分及证候总积分明显降低,临床效果显著,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Qiaoqi granule on treating influenza. Method: 30 confirmed patients with influenza were observed and treated with Qiaoqi granule, and then different TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment were compared. Results: The scores of cardinal symptom and secondary symptom as well as total syndrome scores before treating were separately 486.00±4.60, 452.00±6.58, 938.00±8.95 and after treating were 104.00±2.12,109.00±2.3, 213.00±3.08, which all showed significant decline(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qiaoqi granule shows positive effects in treating influenza.更多还原
