新型股丝交互捻推拉索索芯的研制
Development of new type strand wire ordinary lay push-pull cable core
【摘要】 为降低汽车推拉索索芯与护管的接触面积,降低与护管的摩擦阻力,提高推拉索寿命,研发了一种股丝交互捻推拉索索芯。索芯采用在线辊压轧制、锻打的方法生产,索芯中心为单根钢丝,中心钢丝外层用4根(1+6)股和2根粗钢丝交互捻制。索芯填充系数为65.25%,面隙比0.105 8,破断拉力7.8 kN,滑动推力2 N,滑动拉力4 N。与单层捻制、双层捻制、多股捻制相比,滑动推力和滑动拉力明显降低,有利于提高负载效率和延长总成的使用寿命。
【Abstract】 To develop a new type of push-pull cable core with ordinary lay, in order to reduce contact area between push-pull cable core and sheath, reduce friction resistance with sheath, and improve life of push-pull cable. The cable core is produced by rolling and forging on line. The center of cable core is single steel wire, outer layer of central steel wire is made of four(1+6) strands and two large diameter steel wires ordinary lay. The filling factor of cable core is 65.25%, surface gap ratio is 0.105 8, breaking force is 7.8 kN, sliding push force is 2 N, sliding pull force is 4 N. Compared with single layer, double layer and multi strand lay, the sliding push force and sliding pull force are obviously reduced, which is beneficial to increase load efficiency and service life of the assembly.
