外源有机碳对滩涂盐碱地土壤团聚体形成的影响

【摘要】 通过田间小区随机区组试验,研究生活污泥、蚯蚓粪不同施用量(0、25、50、125、250 t·hm-2)对滩涂土壤团聚体形成的影响。结果表明:施用生活污泥、蚯蚓粪均可显著促进滩涂盐碱地土壤中>0.25、0.106~0.25 mm团聚体的形成。随生活污泥、蚯蚓粪施用量的增加,盐碱地土壤中>0.25、0.106~0.25 mm团聚体数量呈显著上升趋势。外源有机碳投入后滩涂土壤有机碳含量与团聚体数量呈显著正相关关系。施用生活污泥、蚯蚓粪24月后,各处理滩涂土壤中>0.25、0.106~0.25 mm团聚体数量,均高于施用12月时的团聚体数量。这一研究证实外源有机碳是驱动滩涂盐碱地土壤团聚体形成的重要物质基础。不同外源有机碳对团聚体形成及稳定的效果存在差异,蚯蚓粪有机碳比生活污泥有机碳更易促进滩涂土壤中>0.25 mm团聚体的形成。

【Abstract】 In this study, field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different application rates(0, 25, 50, 125, and 250 t·hm-2) of two organic materials(sewage sludge and sewage sludge-based vermicompost) on the formation of aggregates in mudflat soil. Results showed that both sewage sludge and sludge-based vermicompost significantly promoted aggregate formation in mudflat soil, and the amount of the aggregates of >0.25 mm and 0.16-0.25 mm increased with the increase of application rate of two organic materials. There was a significant and positive correlation between aggregate amount and organic carbon content in mudflat soil. After application of two organic materials, the amounts of aggregates of >0.25 mm and 0.106-0.25 mm in mudflat soil at 24 th month were higher than those at 12 th month. However, sludge-based vermicompost can enhance the formation of>0.25 mm aggregate more efficiently than sewage sludge with equivalent carbon input.
