研究生教学助理制度在本科生实验教学中试用的思考——以河北农业大学生物化学课程为例

【摘要】 国外的研究生助教在实验教学过程中发挥的重要作用已经非常明显,在国内很多高校中研究生助教配合主讲教师参与实验教学的模式已经实施。基础生物化学是生命类专业的核心基础课程,这门课程具有很强的理论性与实践性。实验教学是生物化学的重要环节,笔者本人从事基础生物化学教学多年的实践经验表明,研究生助教在实验教学中的确发挥了重要作用,但同时也存在着一些问题,有待深入地进行反思与改进。本文以保证实验教学质量,提高研究生助教教学水平为着眼点,对研究生助教的发展现状做了概括并对助教管理体制提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign graduate teaching assistants have played an important role in the experimental teaching process,In many universities of China,the mode of graduate teaching assistants cooperating with lecturers to participate in experimental teaching has been implemented.Biochemistry is the core basic course of life majors,which has strong theory and practice.Experimental teaching is an important part of biochemistry.The author’s practical experience in the teaching of biochemistry for many years shows that graduate teaching assistants do play an important role in experimental teaching,but there are also some problems,which need further reflection and improvement.In order to ensure the quality of experimental teaching and improve the teaching level of graduate teaching assistants,this paper summarizes the development status of graduate teaching assistants,and puts forward some suggestions on the management system of teaching assistants.更多还原
