蒲公英根提取物流化制粒的工艺研究

【摘要】 目的优选蒲公英根提取物流化床制粒时的最佳工艺参数。方法通过正交设计探究黏合剂浓度、进风量、进风温度和雾化压力对蒲公英根提取物流化床制粒的影响,确立最适合流化床制粒的工艺参数。结果蒲公英根提取物流化床制粒的最适合黏合剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,且浓度为1.5%时制得的颗粒效果最佳,最佳的工艺参数为进风量30 m~3/h,进风温度60℃,雾化压力100 kPa。结论选取最佳工艺参数可提高蒲公英根提取物流化床制粒的效率。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the technological parameters of dandelion root extraction and granulation in fluidized bed. Methods Orthogonal design was used to explore the effects of adhesive concentration,inlet air volume,inlet air temperature and atomization pressure on granulation of dandelion root extraction in fluidized bed. Results Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was the most suitable adhesive for dandelion root extraction and granulation in the fluidized bed,and the effect was the best when the concentration was 1.5%.The optimal process parameters were air inlet 30 m~3/h,air inlet temperature 60 ℃,atomization pressure 100 kPa. Conclusion Selecting the best technological parameters can improve the efficiency of dandelion root extraction and granulation.
