【摘要】 目的:探讨临床抗菌药物专项整治对医院骨科围手术期抗菌药物使用情况的作用。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月在本院就诊,住院期间使用了抗菌药物且已出院的患者手术病例120例(同期骨科手术病例763例)。回顾性统计以往病例并进行点评,设计抗菌药物的使用情况点评表。结果:120例病例手术分布情况内固定术105例占绝大部分。手术时间为20-250min不等,平均77min。骨科手术患者的抗菌药物使用率为15.73%(120/763),围手术期预防性的使用抗菌药物的120例中单一预防性用药111例。经统计此120例患者在同一时间段均单一用药,118例采用静脉滴注抗菌药物,2例采用口服抗菌药物。94例患者是在术前0.5 1.0小时给药,给药时机合格率78.72%。结论:经过近几年的抗菌药物临床应用专项整治后,我院在临床上对骨科围手术期抗菌药物使用的管理工作做得比较不错,医生在临床上滥用抗菌药物的情况明显得到遏制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of special rectification of clinical antibiotics on the perioperative use of antibiotics in orthopedics department of our hospital.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,120 patients(763 cases of orthopedic surgery in the same period) who were treated in our hospital with antibiotics and discharged from hospital were selected.Retrospective statistics of the past cases and comments,the design of antibacterial drug use review table.Results 120 cases of surgical distribution,105 cases of internal fixation accounted for the vast majority.The operation time ranged from 20 to 250 minutes,with an average of 77 minutes.73%(120/763).Among the 120 cases of perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics,111 cases were given prophylactic use of antibiotics alone.According to statistics,the 120 patients were treated with single drug at the same time,118 patients were treated with intravenous drip of antibiotics,and 2 patients were treated with oral antibiotics.94 patients were given drugs 0.5～1.0 hours before operation,and the qualified rate of administration time was 78.72%.Conclusion After the special rectification of clinical application of antibiotics in recent years,our hospital has done a good job in the management of perioperative use of antibiotics in orthopedics,and the abuse of antibiotics by doctors has been significantly curbed.更多还原
