铁皮石斛黏菌病的发生规律及其病原鉴定

【摘要】 黏菌病多年前曾在浙江省金华市铁皮石斛种植基地发现,发病植株茎叶初期布满灰白色子实体,后期子实体变为黑褐色的发状突起(孢子囊)。2017—2019年期间,黏菌病在浙江省金华市铁皮石斛种植基地一般在5月下旬开始零星发生,6月中下旬达到发病高峰,病情一直持续到8月底;病害的发生与棚室温湿度关系密切,最适宜的发病条件是旬平均气温30℃,旬平均空气相对湿度85%,其中空气相对湿度是病害发生的关键因素。黏菌病在栽培棚室内的发生有明显区域性,在棚室角落易发生,以东南角最严重,最高发病率达40.0%。通过对病原菌形态观察、核糖体DNA-ITS序列分析和致病性试验,将该病鉴定为美发菌[Comatricha pulchella(C Bab.)Rostaf]引起的黏菌病。

【Abstract】 The bacterial disease was found in many years ago in the planting base of Dendrobium Officinale in Jinhua city of Zhejiang province. The stems and leaves of the diseased plants were covered with gray white fruiting bodies at the initial stage, and the fruiting bodies turned into black brown hair like protuberances(sporangia) at the later stage. From 2017 to 2019, the Myxomycosis occurred sporadically in late May in Dendrobium Officinale planting base in Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province, and reached the peak incidence in mid and late June, and the disease lasted until the end of August. The occurrence of the disease was closely related to the temperature and humidity of the shed, and the most suitable condition was found with the average temperature of 30 ℃ and the relative humidity of average air at 85% during three months, in which the air relative humidity was the key factor of the disease. The occurrence of Myxomycosis in the greenhouse was obviously regional, and it was easy for it to occur in the corner of the greenhouse where the highest incidence was found in the southeast corner with 40%. The disease was identified as myxomycosis caused by comatricha pulchella(C bab.) rostaf through morphological observation, sequence analysis of ribosomal DNA and pathogenicity test.
