现浇与装配整体式剪力墙结构强震作用下非线性分析

【摘要】 目前我国大力发展装配式结构,基于构件层面的研究已较为成熟,然而在整体结构层次上,研究依然不足。以中国二十冶江苏邳州云鼎新宜家安置房建设项目为背景,借助同济大学李杰教授团队研发的混凝土弹塑性损伤本构,建立了现浇整体结构和装配整体式结构的有限元模型。为了体现出装配式结构与现浇结构的差异性,在装配式结构中尝试使用beam单元建立套筒模型来模拟预制墙体局部刚度的改变,并考虑了套筒中的钢筋在地震作用下的粘结性能的退化,进行了强震作用下的非线性有限元分析。基于分析结果,从结构整体的混凝土损伤、钢筋塑性应变大小、基底剪力时程与顶点位移时程等方面,探讨了装配式结构与现浇结构的异同。验证了模拟方法的合理性,为后续装配整体式剪力墙结构的研究提供参考思路。

【Abstract】 At present,the research based on component level has been more mature in the development of prefabricated structure in China.However,the research on the overall structure level is still insufficient.In this paper,based on the actual engineering project,using the elasto-plastic damage constitutive model of concrete developed by Professor Li Jie’s team of Tongji University,the finite element models of cast-in-place integra structure and assembled integral structure are established.In order to reflect the difference between fabricated structure and cast-in-place structure,beam element is used to establish sleeve model in fabricated structure to simulate the change of local stiffness of prefabricated wall,and the degradation of bond performance of reinforcement in sleeve under earthquake is considered.Under the action of strong earthquake,the similarities and differences between the prefabricated structure and the cast-in-place structure are discussed from the aspects of concrete damage of the whole structure,plastic strain of steel bars,base shear time history and peak displacement time history.The rationality of the simulation method is verified,which provides a reference for the follow-up study of the assembled integral shear wall structure.
