【摘要】 目的调查某儿童接种乙肝疫苗后发生血小板减少症事件与接种疫苗的关联性,为疫苗安全接种提供理论依据。方法收集受种方、接种单位和相关人员、疫苗及生产企业资料等,开展预防接种异常反应(AEFI)调查诊断,汇总分析并形成诊断意见。结果儿童接种乙肝疫苗2小时后出现皮肤出血点,实验室检查结果符合血小板减少症,经治疗后血小板计数恢复正常。经AEFI调查诊断,认为其发生的血小板减少症不属于异常反应(RVR)。结论患儿接种乙肝疫苗后发生的血小板减少症与接种疫苗无关,属于偶合症(CI)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between thrombocytopenia and vaccination in a child after hepatitis B vaccination, and to provide theoretical basis for vaccination safety. Methods Data of vaccinated parties, vaccination units, related personnel, vaccine and manufacturing enterprises were collected, Adverse events following immunization(AEFI) investigation and diagnosis were carried out, analysis was made and diagnosis opinions were formed. Results Two hours after receiving hepatitis B vaccine, the children had skin bleeding spots. The results of laboratory examination were consistent with thrombocytopenia. After treatment, the platelet count returned to normal. After AEFI investigation and diagnosis, it was considered that the thrombocytopenia was not rare vaccine reaction(RVR). Conclusion Thrombocytopenia after hepatitis B vaccination has no correlation with vaccination and it belongs to Coincidental illness(CI).更多还原
