【摘要】 目的探讨心血管外科手术患者围术期开展优质护理服务的效果与对其心理状态的影响。方法现以2018年3月至2019年10月这一时间段内于我院开展心血管外科手术的78例患者为例,将围术期开展常规护理的39例定为A组,将另外开展优质护理的39例定为B组,对比护理结果。结果护理之后,B组患者的心理状态SAS与SDS评分与A组相比显著更低(P<0.05);B组患者的护理满意度与A组相比显著更高(P<0.05);且B组的术后并发症发生率与A组相比显著更低(P<0.05)。结论在心血管外科手术患者的围术期内开展优质护理服务可有效改善患者的心理状态,提升患者的护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,建议临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of perioperative quality nursing services and their psychological status on patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.Methods Now taking the period from March 2018 to October 2019,78 patients who underwent cardiovascular surgery in our hospital were taken as an example.39 patients who underwent routine nursing during the perioperative period were designated as group A.In addition,39 cases of high-quality care were assigned to group B,and the nursing results were compared.Results After nursing,the psychological status SAS and SDS scores of patients in group B were significantly lower than those in group A (P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in group B was significantly higher than those in group A (P<0.05);and B The incidence of postoperative complications in the group was significantly lower than that in the group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing services during the perioperative period of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery can effectively improve the patient’s psychological state,improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is recommended to promote it clinically.更多还原
