【摘要】 目的探讨口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗的临床价值。方法选择2018年3月～2021年3月行口腔正畸治疗患者作为研究对象,参考随机数字表法将84例患者分成两组,即观察组、对照组,每组患者42例。对照组患者采取口外弓加强支抗正畸治疗,观察组则选择微型种植体支抗治疗。对两组临床疗效进行评价,记录并发症,调查患者对治疗满意程度,并评估矫治效果,应用统计学软件比较两组前述指标情况。结果 (1)与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。(2)观察组矫治效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,观察组总并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。(4)与对照组相比,观察组治疗满意率较高(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中有良好的效果,不仅取得了较好效果,更有着较高的安全性,得到了患者认可。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods The patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. The 84 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, namely the observation group and the control group, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received orthodontic treatment with external arch strengthened anchorage, and the observation group chose micro-implant anchorage treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, complications were recorded, the patient′s satisfaction with the treatment was investigated, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Statistical software was used to compare the aforementioned indicators of the two groups. Results(1)Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher total effective rate of treatment(P<0.05).(2)The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower total complication rate(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group, the treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusions The micro-implant anchorage has a good effect in orthodontic treatment. It not only achieves good results, but also has high safety.
