飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术在近视眼治疗中的应用
The Application of Femtosecond Laser Assisted Excimer Laser in Situ Keratomileusis in the Treatment of Myopia
【摘要】 目的探究飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术在近视眼治疗中的应用。方法将进行近视手术的80例患者随机分为联合组(40例)和参考组(40例)。其中参考组实施准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术,联合组给予飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗。比较两组患者角膜后表面曲率及Q值,距角膜顶点1 mm范围4个位点后表面高度。结果两组患者治疗前与治疗后1个月、6个月角膜后表面曲率、Q值、角膜顶点及最薄点后表面高度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视眼与准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术作用相似,可保持角膜后表面稳定,疗效显著。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of femtosecond laser assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis in the treatment of myopia. Methods Eighty cases of myopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into combination group(forty cases) and reference group(forty cases). The reference group was given Laser-assisted Subepithelial keratomileusis, and the combination group was given femtosecond laser assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. The posterior corneal surface curvature and Q value, and the posterior surface height of 4 points within 1 mm from the corneal apex of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the posterior corneal curvature, Q value, corneal apex and the posterior surface height of the thinnest point between the two groups before treatment and 1 month and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusions Femtosecond laser assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis has similar effect to Laser-assisted Subepithelial keratomileusis in the treatment of myopia, which can maintain the stability of the posterior corneal surface, and has a significant effect.
