基于动态旋转作用的医疗废物高温蒸汽消毒处理技术研究

【摘要】 医疗废物消毒处理技术在近年来得到大力发展,并逐步形成与焚烧处置并行的趋势。高温蒸汽消毒作为应用最广的消毒处理技术,其较长的消毒时间成为技术发展的瓶颈。基于动态旋转作用,令医疗废物与高温蒸汽更为全面均匀的接触,能有效提升高温蒸汽消毒处理的效率。通过环境技术验证评价方式,对旋转式高温蒸汽消毒处理技术的消毒效果、污染控制效果和运维管理效果进行量化分析和评价。结果表明:该技术各项指标均满足现有相关标准要求,是一种有效的并值得推广的医疗废物消毒处理技术。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the disinfection treatment technologies are strongly developed with a trend of sharing the market with the incineration disposal. The steam disinfection is the most widely used disinfection treatment technology. However, the long disinfection time limits its development. Based on the dynamic rotation effect, the medical waste could touch with the stream more uniformly, thus improving the disinfection efficiency. According to the Environmental Technology Verification, the disinfection effect and the pollution control as well as the operational management of the rotation mode stream disinfection treatment technology are quantitatively analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the technical indexes meet the present standards. The rotation mode stream disinfection is an effective and worthy to be promoted as a medical waste disinfection treatment technology.
