一种新型白光曳光剂的配方与性能研究
Study on the Formulation and Properties of A New White Light Tracer
【摘要】 为解决传统白光曳光剂药柱低温力学性能差、光照强度不高、毒性较大的问题,以玻璃化温度低、粘结性能好的氟橡胶26(Viton-A)替代酚醛树脂作为粘结剂,以硫酸钡部分取代硝酸钡作为氧化剂进行新配方设计,采用溶剂蒸发法制备该曳光剂,并对其主要性能进行了测试。结果表明:与原配方相比,新配方白光曳光剂的摩擦感度由10%降为0,光照强度由2 758.0 cd增大到3 061.4cd,固体残渣量由37.22%升高至48.56%,抗压强度由71.807MPa提高到182.677MPa,装药密度由2.157 5g·cm-3增大到2.600 8g·cm-3。
【Abstract】 To solve the technical problems of poor mechanical properties, low light intensity and high toxicity of traditional white light traction agent column, fluorinated rubber 26(Viton-A) with low glass transition temperature and good adhesion was used as binder instead of phenolic resin, barium sulfate was used to partially replace barium nitrate as oxidant, and the new formula was designed. The tracer was prepared by solvent evaporation method, and its main properties were tested. The results show that: compared with the traditional formula, the friction sensitivity of new white light tracer is decreased from 10% to 0, the light intensity is increased from 2 758.0 cd to 3 061.4 cd, the solid residue is increased from 37.22% to 48.56%, the compressive strength is increased from 71.807 MPa to 182.677 MPa, and the charge density is increased from 2.157 5 g·cm-3 to 2.600 8 g·cm-3.
