过程控制工程课程体系创新与教改探讨
Course System Innovation and Education Reform Exploration of Process Control Engineering
【摘要】 高校化学工程和自动化专业过程控制工程方向的本科课程体系一般包含自动控制原理、过程工程技术、检测技术、计算机控制技术等内容,并与工业生产过程特性和运行操作要求紧密结合,对培养具有控制工程实践能力的自动化专业人才具有重要作用。文章结合国际工程教育认证标准,梳理了大连理工大学和南京工业大学过程控制工程方向本科生的培养目标,在此基础上提出了一种灵活的过程控制工程课程体系构建方案和三种课程体系创新模式,并以大连理工大学为例,介绍了该校过程控制工程课程教学改革的有效措施及取得的成效。
【Abstract】 The course system of process control engineering direction of chemical engineering and automation majors includes the contents of automatic control principle, process engineering technology, measurement technology, and computer control technology, closely addresses the process characteristics of industrial production and the related operation requirements. Therefore, it takes an important role for cultivating automation major talents with practical ability of control engineering. According to the accrediting standards of international engineering education, this paper reviews the training objective of undergraduate talents in Dalian University of Technology and Nanjing Tech University, and proposes a flexible construction scheme of the course system together with three innovation modes. Moreover, effective measures in Dalian University of Technology are explored for reforming the teaching methods, and meanwhile, some good results recently obtained are presented.
