【摘要】 对²²² Rn/²²⁰ Rn室中²²² Rn/²²⁰ Rn子体参考水平逐个定值法的不确定度分量进行了实验验证及数据处理,并对最终的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度进行了分析。结果表明:本定值方法的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度较低,满足对其标准化的要求,为²²² Rn/²²⁰ Rn子体计量标准提供了可靠的定值方法。更多还原
