222Rn/220Rn室中衰变子体参考水平逐个定值法不确定度评定
Evaluation of the Uncertainty of Decay Progeny in 222Rn/220Rn Chamber by Reference Level Determination Method One by One
【摘要】 对222 Rn/220 Rn室中222 Rn/220 Rn子体参考水平逐个定值法的不确定度分量进行了实验验证及数据处理,并对最终的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度进行了分析。结果表明:本定值方法的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度较低,满足对其标准化的要求,为222 Rn/220 Rn子体计量标准提供了可靠的定值方法。
【Abstract】 The uncertainty component of reference level determination method of 222 Rn/220 Rn progeny in 222 Rn/220 Rn is experimentally verified and data processed,The final synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty are also analyzed.The results show that:The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of this method are relatively low,To meet the requirements of its standardization,It provides a reliable method for the measurement standard of222 Rn/220 Rn progeny.
