【摘要】 以盘锦职业技术学院为例,对高职院校内部质量保证体系进行实践与思考。从治理结构、人才培养模式、课程、师资专业化和促进学生发展五个方面论证高职院校内部质量诊断与改进的关键要素,提出了高职院校建立内部质量保证体系的路径与策略,以期构建网络化、全覆盖和具有较强预警功能及激励作用的全方位内部质量保证体系,持续提高人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through taking Panjin Vocational and Technical College as an example,the research explores the practice and reflection of internal quality assurance system in the higher vocational college. The research arguments the key elements of the internal diagnosis and improvement in the higher vocational college from five aspects,including governance structure, talent training model, course, teacher professionalization and the promotion of student development. Pathway and countermeasures of the establishment of internal quality control system in the vocational college are proposed,in order to establish the comprehensive internal quality assurance system characterized with networking,all standing and strong early warning function and incentive function,and continuously improve the talent training quality.更多还原
