发酵中药微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of fermented Chinese medicine microecological preparations on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets
【摘要】 旨在研究发酵中药微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响。选用23日龄断奶的杜×长×大三元杂交健康仔猪120头,随机分为4组:对照组饲喂基础日粮、抗生素组(基础日粮+0.075 g/kg金霉素+0.015 g/kg恩拉霉素+0.1 g/kg喹乙醇)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+0.3%发酵中药+0.15 g/kg枯草芽孢杆菌TL)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+0.3%发酵中药+0.3 g/kg枯草芽孢杆菌TL),每组3个重复,每个重复10头,试验期30 d。结果表明,试验Ⅰ组的平均日增重高于对照组(P<0.01),料肉比较对照组降低(P<0.05),与抗生素组相比,差异均不显著。试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的腹泻率低于对照组和抗生素组(P<0.01)。与对照组和抗生素组相比,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的血清总蛋白、葡萄糖浓度上升(P<0.05),甘油三酯浓度下降(P<0.05)。在血清抗氧化指标方面,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的血清T-SOD、GSH-Px活性显著高于抗生素组,MDA含量显著降低。由此可见,发酵中药微生态制剂具有与抗生素相当的促生长能力,能够降低断奶仔猪腹泻率、增强免疫功能、提高机体抗氧化能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming to study the effects of fermented traditional Chinese medicine microecological preparations on the growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets. 120 piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)weaned at 23 days of age were divided into four groups randomly,with three replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate,i.e. control group(basic diet),antibiotic group(basicdiet+0.075 g/kg chlortetracycline,0.015 g/kg enramycin and 0.1 g/kg olaquindox),test group Ⅰ(basicdiet+0.3% fermented Chinese medicine and 0.15 g/kg Bacillus subtilis TL)and test group Ⅱ(basicdiet+0.3% fermented Chinese medicine and 0.3 g/kg Bacillus subtilis TL),30 days trial period. The results showed that the average daily gain of test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),the feed to gain ratio(F/G)of test group Ⅰ was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05),The diarrhea rate of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of antibiotic group(P<0.01). Compared with control group and antibiotic group,the serum ALB and GLU in the test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly higher(P<0.05),the content of serum TG in test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly lower(P<0.05). Compared with antibiotic group,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD in blood of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly higher,and MDA content significantly lower.It can be seen that microecological preparation of Chinese medicine agents could improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea rate,enhance immune function and improve antioxidant capacity.
