【摘要】 辅导员作为高校学生思想政治教育中最重要的一环,应该担当起应有的责任,将学生的思想政治教育放在首位。首先要做的就是需努力提高自身的文化素养和文化积淀,在日常教育和课堂教育之中渗透传统文化,提高对于优秀中华文化精神的重视程度。其次,需要开创中华传统文化教育新格局,在高校思想教育和学生工作中,应该深化中华传统文化教育的深度和广度,拓宽以往的传统的思想政治教育的框架,转变相关教育观念,探索传统文化教育同新时代大学生思想政治教育相结合的新路径。再者,使用各种载体让思政教育中的传统文化元素落地生根。更多还原
