【摘要】 校企合作是高校化工专业应用型人才的有效培养模式,文章基于校企合作弥补高校实践教学中的不足、促进学生实践能力及创新创业能力的培养。分析了校企合作存在的不足,提出完善人才培养目标、学校引进企业模式、劳动和教学相结合、校企互动式模式及健全人才培养机制等改进措施,希望全面提高教学质量,为企业注入新活力。更多还原

【Abstract】 School-enterprise Cooperation is an effective training mode for Chemical Engineering talents of applied type. Based on the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation as follows: making up for the lack of practical teaching in colleges and universities, promoting the cultivation of students’ practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability, the shortcomings existing in school-enterprise cooperationwereanalyzed, some improvement measureswere put forward, such as improving the goal of talent training, introducing enterprise mode, combining labor with teaching, opening school-enterprise interactive mode, enhancing the personnel training mechanism, hoping to improve the teaching qualityand inject new vitality into the business operation.更多还原
