【摘要】 有机化学是药学类专业重要的专业基础课,与药物化学、药物分析、药理学和药剂学等主干课程有着重要联系,是药学专业课程培养体系的基石。目前药学类专业的有机化学教学普遍存在教学内容重化学轻药学和课程考核重理论轻实践的问题,很难达到培养复合型、创新型人才目标。本文从理论教学改革、实践教学改革和课程评价改革三方面进行了探讨,期望能为打破传统教学模式局限,实现应用型人才和创新型人才的培养目标提供一定参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important basic professional course, Organic Chemistry has obvious influence on the main course of Pharmacy major, such as Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics, etc. In the current teaching process of Organic Chemistry for Pharmacy major, teachers overemphasize chemistry theory but overlook pharmacy and practice, therefore training creative and highly intellectual talents continues to be an elusive goal. Aimed at the existing problems of teaching process, the following three aspects of teaching reform were discussed: theory teaching reform, practice teaching reform and curriculum evaluation reform. Hopefully, the proposed measures can play a certain reference value for breaking the limitation of traditional teaching mode as well as the training of application-oriented talents and innovative talents.更多还原
